CALENDAR of EVENTS
Please write the dates that apply to the group(s) to which you belong on your family calendar. While I have made every attempt to list all performances for the year, there will inevitably be some additions. I will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. Any activity for which students are given two weeks advanced notice is considered “required.” Unless otherwise noted, all performances listed are considered MANDATORY.

Performance Grades
Students will be made aware of any and all performances as early as possible. It is the student’s responsibility to relay the information to their parents. Should a conflict with a performance arise due to the student’s forgetfulness, the student will not be excused from the performance. Should a conflict arise between a choir performance and an UNAVOIDABLE personal commitment, the parent must notify Mr. Fay within 48 hours of the announcement of the performance.
In the case of an absence from a performance due to illness or injury, the parent or guardian should contact the Mr. Fay immediately. Only an emergency involving the student or his/her immediate family will be acceptable. Failure to follow this procedure will result in an unexcused absence from the performance.
Below are the criteria for performance grades:
A. You arrive on time for the warm-up, are dressed appropriately, behave appropriately in warm-up, on stage, in the audience,
and stay with the choir for the entire performance.
